American Red Cross Offers Typhoon Haiyan Disaster Relief T-Shirt

Washington, D.C.   People and organizations all over the world are rising up to help survivors of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. On Friday, November 8, 2013, this deadly typhoon tore through the country made up of more than 7,000 islands.

The Red Cross has been working hard through their relief supplies and family tracing care to provide for the survivors. While the global Red Cross network has given food, water, and other relief supplies, the American Red Cross has given equipment, people, and expertise. However, they are still in need of relief funds.

For the first time ever the American Red Cross is making an official disaster relief t-shirt, with 100% of the net proceeds from the sales going to help with recovery efforts. The t-shirt is available exclusively through CafePress.com .
