This event was organized on the occasion of the exhibition Yves Klein: With the Void, Full Powers -  the first major exhibit on Yves Klein in thirty years - at the Hirshhorn Museum.

The dinner was accompanied by a superb wine selection,  the generous donation of event co-host and renowned wine collector George P. Sape, which was matched to the food prepared by the Ambassador's Chef, Mr. Bertrand Bellengier. A silent and a live auction presented a selection of luxury items and offered unique experiences to wine lovers and contemporary art connoisseurs.
